Weather memory,
not a forecast.

Use 1991–2020 monthly normals to compare the shape of a wine-region trip: typical daytime highs, nights, rainfall and wet days. Eighteen regions pass the station-distance, elevation and coverage gate; three remain explicitly unavailable.

Describe the days you want.

Results are alphabetical. Every displayed region meets every selected condition; there is no score, sponsorship or paid placement.

18 regions with published normals.

Choose a month to filter temperature and wet days. A normal describes historical patterns, never conditions on a particular trip.

Nearby enough. Complete enough. Or absent.

Each regional base is a fixed GeoNames settlement. NOAA stations must have all 12 months, at least 10 usable years per month, be within 100 km and differ by no more than 350 m in elevation.

Those limits reject misleading precision; they do not make one station representative of every slope or valley. Editorial best-month advice remains separate in each region guide.
